Experimental Testbed

Our research is experimentally validated through an advanced Open RAN testbed integrating programmable radio units, optical transport networks, edge computing and private cloud infrastructure, enabling realistic evaluation of next-generation communication systems.
Open RAN Architecture
SNRG develops and evaluates fully programmable Open RAN architectures based on Open-RAN and 3GPP standards, enabling flexible disaggregation of network functions, intelligent radio resource management and cloud-native deployment of communication services.
Integrated Communications & Sensing
The group investigates Integrated Communications and Sensing (ISAC) technologies for future 6G networks, enabling simultaneous wireless communication and environmental sensing through programmable radio and optical transport infrastructures.
